The Manitou Regional Library has gone to great lengths to make your visit more productive. We have very knowledgeable staff that are friendly and competent. We are here to answer any questions you may have.

To provide access to materials, resources and technology that meets the educational, recreational and informational needs of the residents of the Town of Manitou and RM of Pembina

What's New:

Manitou Regional Library has migrated to a 14 digit membership number, and you will now be required to use this 14 digit number to access "Your Account", "E-Libraries" and "Ebscohost". Your new 14 digit membership number uses your existing library number preceeded by zero's and the number 2662.

Example:
old membership number 145 would now be 2662 + 7 zeros + 145 = 26620000000145
old membership number 36 would now be 2662 + 8 zeros + 36 = 26620000000036
old membership number 3 would now be 2662 + 9 zeros + 3 = 26620000000003

Internet Usage:

Internet Access is free to both members and non-members. The library has three computers available for Internet Access. Manitoba Law requires a parental authorization for Internet use by anyone under the age of 18. Internet time is limited to 1 hour at a time and can be booked in advance by calling the library

Printing:

Printing and photocopying services are available in black and white or color.
Costs are: Black and white - .15c, color .70c.

Projector Rental:

A projector rental is available for all library patrons who are over the age of 18. An Indemnity Agreement must be completed. A refundable $100.00 deposit is required, plus a rental fee of $20.00 for a one week period.

Memberships:

A library card is free to any resident of the Town of Manitou and the Rural Municipality of Pembina. Non-residents can join the library by purchasing a membership for 25.00 a year per family. Children under the age of 14 years must have a parent or guardian sign their membership card.

Thursday : 1:00 - 5:30
Friday : 1:00 - 5:30
Saturday : 10:00 - 12:00; 1:00 - 4:30
